ABOUT ME:

I am a proud mother of three beautiful children and married to my high school sweetheart. During my free time, I enjoy line dancing, Zumba, and spending time with my family.
After having my kids, I quickly realized how amazing birth was. However, one thing I missed during my last two births was my mother. She passed away before I birthed my last two babies. Something was missing...I needed help. I needed someone to hold my hand and tell me everything would be ok. I researched and found a birthworker that could hold a space for my mom while I birthed my babies. I FOUND A DOULA! She held a space for my mom and she took care of me and my family. She told me I could DO IT! I tapped into my innate ability to birth and I birthed my babies boldly.
Right then, I made a commitment to myself to help other families.
Birth to me is: Spiritual and Empowering. It's a time where families bond and celebrate life.
Birth doesn't have to be scary. Birth the way you want, ask questions, embrace every moment, and hire a doula!
